Don't trust the size chart?

This product was ordered for a '94 Mazda B2300/Ford Ranger. The nuts came and we tried to install them on the PU. They cannot be screwed onto the wheel studs. Threads don't start. I don't know if it's the wrong thread, wrong size or something else. They do not fit. upset. I threw away the papers so I can use them for the paperweight.
