The customer support is great! They are always willing to help out with anything we need them too, even if its something as simple as answering our questions about their product or setting up an account for us.
I wish that they offered more templates in different industries than just eCommerce (we're only using it currently). It's pretty easy to use once you get used to how everything works but also gives your team plenty of room to customize things however makes sense best for each client/project. Our emails go straight into sales funnels so this has really helped save time managing all those campaigns at one place rather then having individual accounts set up across multiple platforms like Mailchimp etc., plus saves me from manually sending new leads over every week which would be very tedious otherwise.
