Review on 🔒 Fastway Fortress 86-00-5015 Universal Maximum Security Coupler Lock for 1 7/8", 2" & 2 5/16" Couplers by Lawrence Feldman

The product seemed great and worked well when I first put it on my trailer. However, when I removed and re-locked it (from the fob), the inner tumbler (the inner circle of the lock) rotated clockwise about 45 degrees while the key was out. If you look at the picture you will see that the slots in the lock are offset. Once this happens, it is not possible to return the key to unlock it again. Right now it's actually a paperweight. Revain's return process was excellent so I might try ordering another of the same type to see if the same thing happens again. Apart from this fatal malfunction, I liked the product. It feels premium and works well as long as the toggle switch isn't flipped the wrong way.
