I like that you can set up rules to create your own topics or filter by specific tags, it also helps with managing conversations in large communities across multiple channels at once! It is very easy for my staff members too participate without creating an account so there are no barriers to entry. Not much but what was said works well enough - not sure about new features/updates as we don't use them often ourselves (yet). We're using this tool primarily just internally through social media posts from various departments within our organization so nothing else really comes into mind aside from "it does what needs done.".
