This is my first torque wrench. Clear instructions have been included to make it easier to learn how to use it properly. The grip is solid and adjustment becomes easy once you learn how to read the numbers. My only problem was that when I used one of the hex lugs to tighten the transom set screw, it kept slipping and couldn't catch on the Allen set screw. I tried with an Allen wrench that tightened the set screw properly. UPDATE 7/1/21: I initially had trouble getting a promotional discount from Vibrelli. However, it was discovered that my emails were not reaching them for unknown reasons. Once our email communication was restored, the company very proactively investigated the issue and provided a discount. Their after-sales support and concern for customer satisfaction has been amazing!
