Torque tool required to build chairs

I was planning to buy a torque tool for my bikes but today I had to assemble about 50 wooden stools/chairs that required torque adjustments. The hand tool that came with the chairs could only be rotated a quarter turn without changing the position of the tool. I set the ratchet to the same torque as the hand torque tool that came with the chairs/stools. I spent about 5 hours assembling and tightening chairs with the Vibrelli tool and it worked great with the ratchet head and I could hear and…

Damn good budget bike torque wrench!

Bike Torque Wrench works exactly as advertised. I have worked with road and off-road bikes for over 10 years and I find this tool set to be very good quality for the price. I have several other auto torque wrenches and this one works just as well if not better than the others. This tool comes with a calibration sheet in the package. The accessories included are highly functional, making this set a "must have" for the serious cyclist who loves to work on their bike. To make sure this tool works…

Excellent value for money, convenient storage and ease of use.

A set of Vibrelli bike torque wrenches is only $49.98 and is well designed. You get a quality case with clearly labeled components that are easy to detach and reattach (which is not the case with my other tool kit). The wrench is quick to adjust with a light release ring (my other torque wrench requires the knurled screw to be loosened at the bottom). The torque settings are clearly engraved and I'm not worried about them rubbing off with use (ie no ink). The click-style torque is easy to see…

Great set of bike torque wrenches

This is my first torque wrench. Clear instructions have been included to make it easier to learn how to use it properly. The grip is solid and adjustment becomes easy once you learn how to read the numbers. My only problem was that when I used one of the hex lugs to tighten the transom set screw, it kept slipping and couldn't catch on the Allen set screw. I tried with an Allen wrench that tightened the set screw properly. UPDATE 7/1/21: I initially had trouble getting a promotional discount…

Sturdy and perfect fit

Great set! I'm one of those MTBs that's discontinued and forgotten. I have no idea how much torque in inch pounds affects what. Luckily these guys have included a conversion table written in perfect English. Comes with all the bits and it's a good set for when you need a repair and I'm planning to set it up for my bike now. My first impulse was to take it. When it feels sturdy and heavy you can tell its quality and this one doesn't disappoint. I have no idea what size bit to use so I went with…

Very precise torque wrench at a great price!

Bought to build a new pair of bikes. After breaking the bolt lugs on the cast aluminum clamp holding the handlebars, I decided to test the new wrench to see if it provided an accurate torque reading. I torqued the bolts to the specified torque but the clamp snapped - was the casting bad or was the wrench overtightened? I measured the distance from the bolt socket to the center of the wrench handle and carefully applied the exact amount of weight to get a known torque (in lbs), converted the…

BEST torque wrench I have ever used

Torque settings are easy to see and easier to adjust. EVEN torque values are on the LEFT, ODD torque values are on the RIGHT. Level .1 Nm engages when the torque adjustment knob is turned. Turn the knob one full turn, you are at the next 1Nm. So if you are at 2Nm, turn the knob one click to the right and you are at 2.1Nm. Turn the knob one full turn and you are at 3Nm etc. Pull the knob down a bit to turn it. It locks into place with latches. It's very easy to dial in the exact amount of torque
