Review on 🦈 Genuine OEM Shark Navigator NV22, NV22L, NV22T On-Board Vacuum Cleaner Hose - Part # 1114FC by Natalie Wright

This hose was a replacement for the one that fell apart on our Shark. It lasted every 6-7 uses when we were using the hose to vacuum the steps and part of the hose fell out of the insert. So I tried removing the insert to see if I could snap them together easily and the tab on the insert that allows you to pull it out broke right away! I've now been working with Shark for over a week to get a new hose. The experience was pointless - days went by and then CSR asked me when and where I bought the vacuum cleaner (I dunno! We've had it for years!). Also, since this is a new hose, this is an irrelevant question. They want me to buy another one for $18. This cost $30. All of this is ridiculous and crazy. (Meanwhile, dustballs continue to accumulate.)
