I am not very happy with the packaging as it ended up being sent to me with a plastic bag. I don't know why they had to put a plastic bag over it. The whole point of buying this renewable, eco-friendly product is to avoid buying plastic and supporting waste packaging. So two thumbs down for the packaging. The product works well, it turns your water yellowish, but it's not a big deal because the bristles will wash out their color. When you're done cleaning, just rinse off the yellowish water. It's pretty durable and works well. Update: I just ordered a second one and it also has plastic on it. I will not be ordering from this company again until they sort the packaging.
