I absolutely love this product and am more than willing to pay a heavy price for it. That's why I was horrified when I opened the package and found that the bottle was somehow cracked. At this price point for just 8 ounces of conditioner with as much hair as I do, every drop counts. Getting to the store with the twins is a hassle, so I figured it would make my life a little more convenient. But this air conditioner comes in a yellow envelope that could easily be crushed by the heavier box that may have caused the leak. I'd rather make the inconvenience of driving 20 minutes to Sallis and trying to somehow accommodate a double stroller there. Wish me luck.
