I had two bad sensors in focus. I read the reviews and bet on it. Mounted the sensors on the wheels and bled the tires. Only 2 original Ford sensors could be reset with the elm tire tool, no other method worked. Broke the wheel again and removed the sensor. Went back and during this time ran the entire program sequence with the sensors lying next to the machine. All sensors learned from the first time. Essentially, I had to hold the sensor close to the TPM tool for it to read. I suspect these sensors must have a weaker signal than the OEM sensors. I reinstalled the sensors on the wheels and aired them out, now everything works. They still work, but save yourself the time and hassle and program them with one tool BEFORE you take the wheel off the car.
