I bought this product but forgot to return it. The product failed to measure tire pressure on day -1. The gauge stays at zero so no air is blown. I tried both power options (cigarette lighter and outlet) but it didn't work. I contacted support and they provided excellent assistance. No questions asked, they refunded the full amount. They have repeatedly responded to my inquiries in less than 24 hours. I would give them 5 stars for their outstanding customer service.
