Ease of Use- Ability for end users (Operators or Field Supervisors)to access their files wherever they are while at job sites is very handy! Also it allows them have multiple versions per project (example). If there were options that would allow you see all changes made as opposed to just last version/version prior but I believe this has been requested by several clients over time so we will eventually get one! Have not used other software offered through NCDO yet so can't comment specifically about capabilities compared to alternatives out ther.. Easy way manage paperwork & information from different jobsites within same organization. The ease of use and the fact that the interface is easy to understand for my employees. I like everything about the program, but the ease of use is what I like best. The only thing I dislike is that it is quite slow to load. Sometimes it takes over a minute to load a page. Otherwise, it works great. I have a lot of employees who are in the field and they are able to use the system to get their work instructions.
