Intermittent video works best for security monitors and displays

Video input is intermittent, causing the monitor to reboot. This is caused by typing bnc. The HDMI input also works intermittently. When you contact support. I was sent several attachments saying please email the manager in the app. The attachment never opens. It's been 5 months and still no solution.
