defective out of box 2 of these

2 of these Both machines get stuck in the code. Now they want me to drive an hour to get them back to Kohls for shipping. never again. I'm an engineer and I work with printers all day. and they were never asked to drive an hour to return an item if a trademark was filed within 2 miles of it, as well as goods and services.
