I just got off the phone with T-Mobile. The rep was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with this piece of junk. She said it was NOT a T-Mobile phone. She said that T-Mobile considers this phone to be discontinued. T-Mobile SIM DOES NOT WORK because again does not recognize this phone. waste of money. Buy a genuine clamshell phone from a reputable company. $33 down the drain and $25 I loaded onto a T-Mobile SIM card that this phone isn't compatible with. 😒😡Run, run as fast as you can from this company and their phone.
