A month long cross-country ride! You can still open the trunk. It did not disappoint in that regard. I really liked this feature. And the initial setup was pretty easy! - That's why I give the whole rating 4 stars because, as already mentioned in other reviews, the wobbling/wobbling on it. At first there was no hesitation. Super durable, really sturdy and felt safe. But about halfway through our ride, there was actually quite a bit of hesitation and a lot of awkward noises coming from the bike rack hooks. at the top (where it enters the clutch). We shook it several times. It was still seated properly in the hitch. But I didn't understand why he was so shaky. Fast forward for the return home. When they removed the entire bike rack system, a piece of metal broke off (I would say where is the vibration coming from?) But how can I fix the specified part. I am still awaiting a response from the company on this matter. I'll update as soon as I hear. Overall, the product worked great during a month-long trip across the United States.
