The ability to search for specific documents by date, file type or other criteria is very helpful in keeping track of our records retention requirements.
I would like more flexibility with how we can set up searches within this system so that it could be used as an RDA compliant database if needed down the road! We are using vitalscan primarily because its easy access from anywhere via mobile devices (iOS/Android) which makes us feel safer about having important information at hand when away form office location etc..
