Easy way using paperless environment

It is very easy to use, has many useful features with ease of access for users without IT department support. Not much for customization as it comes out-of-the box but can be customized via API or web interface if required. I do not like that there are no mobile apps available. Pros
  • I like that it was easy to use and it scanned documents fast
Cons
  • I did not like that the software would crash and I had to restart it

Great product especially useful features such DCR and audit log

Pros
  • Easy setup no complicated steps involved; intuitive interface &/or user experienceEasy accessibility from any device including cell phonesFast load timesFlexible searching options
Cons
  • No way currently availableto use Vitalityscanas "R&D" Database without converting all data into Word format.
  • There's nothing wrong per se but there should have been better integration between Microsoft OneDriveandVitallity
