Superb frying pan! I can't say anything about "rinsability" as I don't wash mine, I just wipe with a paper towel. I will say they are a little tricky to maneuver in the oven as they get stuck on the grate. If you use the steam room below, you can not put it on a baking sheet. If you bake at 500F it will get a little hot/uncomfortable. But you will learn to adapt to it. Keep in mind that the "wells" are quite thin, so you end up with a thin half baguette.
