I cannot prepare this type of baguette without this tool. This brand is very popular in Asia. Surprisingly, I can get a good deal from Revane.

This product looks great, but there are many scratches on the surface, bottom and edges after the first use. Difficult to clean. It wore out after the first use. Compared to other products, this product is not a high quality product.

I tried three different ways to make baguettes. The best and most beautiful baguettes are always made in this pan. Crispy, nicely risen, classic shape and very baked in the middle. I'm not going to try to make baguettes with anything else now.

When I saw it was made in China I was afraid it would contain toxins. But the product website assured me that it was free of toxins. On the flip side, the site also said that they "would make you a chef." Who knows? Looks solid and feels well made. Will update rating after use. if I don't get sick.

I was looking for the perfect pan for french baguettes. I have observed much that either 2 or 3 or 4 loaves of bread are obtained from. Based on a lot of recipes I figured there was a magic number and this one looks spot on. I've used it 3 times already and it's exactly what I was looking for. Particularly easy to clean. Makes perfect sized baguettes and shows no signs of use.

Superb frying pan! I can't say anything about "rinsability" as I don't wash mine, I just wipe with a paper towel. I will say they are a little tricky to maneuver in the oven as they get stuck on the grate. If you use the steam room below, you can not put it on a baking sheet. If you bake at 500F it will get a little hot/uncomfortable. But you will learn to adapt to it. Keep in mind that the "wells" are quite thin, so you end up with a thin half baguette.

The best baguettes in this pan! The tiny holes in the pan allow heat and air to pass through while baking, resulting in an excellent baguette. And the shape of the pan supports the dough as it bakes, resulting in a round baguette loaf. I was concerned that the raw dough would seep into the tiny holes making the baked baguette difficult to remove and clean, but that didn't happen. Pan rinses clean, no hassle, no fuss (but shouldn't be washed in the dishwasher to preserve the non-stick coating)…

I have been using this baguette pan for a few weeks now and have made at least 4 sets of lovely baguettes with it. The quality of the tablet is excellent. He seems to be durable. The case is attractive and works great. If hand washed, this coating can last a long time. It comes off easily, even with the egg mixture I use for the dark golden crust.
