The best baguettes in this pan! The tiny holes in the pan allow heat and air to pass through while baking, resulting in an excellent baguette. And the shape of the pan supports the dough as it bakes, resulting in a round baguette loaf. I was concerned that the raw dough would seep into the tiny holes making the baked baguette difficult to remove and clean, but that didn't happen. Pan rinses clean, no hassle, no fuss (but shouldn't be washed in the dishwasher to preserve the non-stick coating). Great frying pan, good for only one purpose, but it serves that purpose well!
