Review on 🍲 2-Quart Covered Double Boiler from Farberware's Classic Stainless Series by Ross Sugden

I love these stainless steel pans but thought I bought a steamer not a steamer. It's ok though, I still love these things. They look great, are clean and the aluminum built into their base is very efficient at dissipating heat! I took an old utility knife blade and gently ran back and forth up and down the reference line on the top and bottom of the handle until it was smooth to the touch. Ergonomics baby! A: I have quite a few of these, from a cute little 1 liter pot with a lid to a 3 liter pot, even a few larger and larger pots for braising and canning.
