Not good. Don't waste your time and money!

Very good product. Works on motorola radio, yaesu perfectly. I had no problem getting this to work with my yaesu ft-4xr portable radio. Update: After 1 week of minimal use, this item stopped working. Come back and plug in the wired microphone.
