We put this in our hallway door so our cats don't come into our room and knock on the door to wake us up 3 times a night to feed them. We're sleeping again and I feel great! It's easy to put on and take off every night and its fabric is so quiet and won't make too much noise when our cat paws. We have a thinner cat that sometimes jumps over him but he is not a problem and doesn't try to wake us up. The problem is the fat cat, and he hasn't tried jumping over it yet. So far, so good! In addition, the fat cat is now even slimmer! win win!
