Well it fits my 2018 GMC Sierra SLE 5.3L. It was dangling a little from the factory exhaust. And it took the strength of a gorilla to tighten it so it wouldn't budge. I ended up removing the washer as it interfered with the last few turns of the socket head screw needed to hold it tight and secure. The product is made of heavy stainless steel. I expect this to last a long time. I will update if necessary.
