Great helmet for a small child!
I bought this for my child as I have a bike and a child bike seat so we can ride bikes together. I got it in November when she was 20 months old and weighed 23 pounds. It is now February and she is 23 months old and weighs 26 pounds. It's small and I was afraid it would be too big, but it fits great! It started to stretch a bit on the first ride, but once we started moving it was fine. After a few rides with the helmet on she got used to it completely, it feels comfortable and really does its job. I recommend it!
