The only way to get support is through their app or a support ticket. Even if you select Urgent in your options, you won't get a quick reply. And quickly, I mean within 48 hours. It's been 4 days since I asked for help and I still haven't received anything other than a message from customer service with two questions for more details. There is also no notification of a reply. You should check app.2 further. The device I bought comes with a 1 year plan but when I use the feature I am prompted to upgrade to their premium service. I'm not sure why I'm getting 1 year data with my plan.3. The tracker will not provide updates at the times you select. I started with every 5 minutes and got nothing for about 20 minutes, then I got 3 updates within 1 minute. If I installed every 15 minutes, I didn't get any updates for 4 hours. And when we left the house at 8:10, 20 minutes later I got a notification that we had left the house at 8:29.4. SOS and 2 user buttons work intermittently.5. Sometimes the tracker doesn't send notifications at all when you leave/arrive at certain locations.6. All this can be solved by customer service, but you cannot contact anyone.
