The software is easy to use and easy to train for. The support is also great. The software can be a little glitchy at times, but that's just a minor annoyance. The price is right, and the features are easy to see and understand. I have used other clinical management software in the past, but The Complete Exam is the best out there. I have been able to use The Complete Exam to track patient information and manage the flow of dental patients. I haven't found any problems with the software so far. I have been able to solve some of the issues with the software that I had in the past. I like how it's secure because you can have multiple people using one account to access your exam results in real time! It takes some getting used too but once you get the hang of everything it is very easy to use and understand. This program could be more user friendly. There are times when we need information from previous exams or past records to help us with our current case. We cannot always find what we're looking for so this helps us out quite often.
