I bought these to protect my ears from water, unfortunately they are very difficult to position correctly. After wearing them every day for two weeks, I still have to twist and fiddle with them to get them in place. Getting them out is just as difficult. There is no ridge or protrusion at the end to hold on to and the stem is very short. I ended up having to take a piece of plastic rope, tie a knot and darn it at the end so I had something to hold on to. If you have stuffed fingers or arthritis I do not recommend them.
