I received this at the start of the Covid era. It was an important part of my doctor monitoring my health remotely. I replace it six months later. 1) He doesn't read too often (he says) and forces me to look it up a second or third time. ... or for the fourth time. 2) keeps asking me to "calibrate" it, which sounds like a good thing. but it requires an extra blood pressure cuff which I don't have. I don't want to depend on that for the coming flu/cold/Covid season.
