I like that it's very easy to create new forms and reports. It saves you time by having all of your data in one place instead of searching for information throughout different apps/tools. The customer support is great! They are always willing to help even if they aren't familiar with a tool or process. This has saved so much time when creating reports for our clients. There have been some minor glitches here and there (our team would be more tech savvy than we are) but their team is quick to respond and fix any problems.
