Low quality glassware
It appears to be two glasses with a separate stem attached to the bowl. The attachment point is stepped, not fused into the shell, and uneven - almost glued (I don't think it was). The stem also has a parting seam to the shape, is clearly visible and can be felt when holding the glass. Not recommended.
