STAR Service Manager is a cloud based service management solution designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses.
The STAR Service Manager software works great! This was a project with two primary requirements; 1) be a SaaS application, 2) allow integration with 3rd party applications (such as external invoicing). Star Service Manager meets both requirements. The functionality offered in STAR Service Manager has far exceeded my expectations. My business partners have been happy with the system since the initial implementation. Overall, I would recommend this product. A few minor issues exist with the program such as some of the screens do not load or display properly when first loading into an account. These bugs should be resolved soon. As it stands now though, it's extremely functional and powerful enough to meet all needs for most businesses.
