STAR Service Manager is an excellent app.

STAR Service Manager is an excellent app. It provides powerful, yet user friendly tools for managing service contracts. Its reporting capabilities are outstanding. I especially love how simple it is to add new items into the contract and adjust them. It has many useful modules that allow you to manage warranties, parts, discounts, recalls, etc. However, I wish the module to manage quotes was better. I'd love to see it integrate with other apps that offer quote functionality such as Apple…

  • The details can be exported for use in other programs such as Word, Access, Powerpoint, Excel, and others.
  • You can enter items manually through the 'Add New' button

  • If you enter a date range, it will create one warranty entry per day
  • There is no option to automatically fill these fields with values from the record
  • When editing an item, you must re-enter the price, unit cost, quantity,

STAR Service Manager is a cloud based service management solution designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses.

The STAR Service Manager software works great! This was a project with two primary requirements; 1) be a SaaS application, 2) allow integration with 3rd party applications (such as external invoicing). Star Service Manager meets both requirements. The functionality offered in STAR Service Manager has far exceeded my expectations.
