I bought a Midea M7 vacuum cleaner in November 2022 through amazon. It is not possible to use this device to its full extent. In the application for the phone, there is periodically and / or constantly no connection with the vacuum cleaner - it is impossible to start cleaning, change settings and get its status (charge level, water level, etc.). Only its location is displayed on the map (see screenshot below). Reinstalling the application, pressing the reset button, ating the application version, rebooting the router, etc. - nothing helps. If in December 2022 there was intermittent communication with him, then for the last 2-3 weeks there has never been a connection with him at all. Accordingly, you can use the vacuum cleaner only by pressing a button directly on the body (at the same time, you can’t naturally configure anything). I will return and demand a refund. The Internet is full of reviews of owners with exactly the same problem and everyone is wondering what the reason is. And the reason is in the disgusting and crude device. I also draw attention to the disgusting quality of Midea technical support (phone 8-800-777-00-88) - requests were left with a description of the problem back in December - zero response. Moreover - employees fall into a stupor at the name of the Midea M7 vacuum cleaner model - "they don't have such a vacuum cleaner." I warn everyone against buying this vacuum cleaner and any product from Midea.
