Don't buy this multi cooker if you don't want your food to burn! Even on the LOW setting, it spoils the meat a few times, more in some places than others. I foolishly read the reviews on Revain before deciding on this slow cooker. I had to go online and find someone who compares many brands/models of different multi cookers. Apparently, low settings vary between brands. This obviously boils too hot. There is also the issue of insulation, which can prevent hotspots from occurring. My guess is that Crock Pot makes cheap pieces of junk and doesn't invest in materials that make a good product. Not only was the slow cooker a waste of $32, it was a whole bunch of foods not worth eating. Save your money! One article I saw recommended Kitchen Aid for $69. I need to invest in it so I don't burn/spoil the food.
