Review on πŸ’₯ Enhanced Performance with APDTY 028144 Engine Knock Sensor Harness by Scott Gafur

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Take it. If your GM's rear knock sensor has failed, you need it.

If you need to replace the knock sensor, spend an extra $20 and get it. If your knock sensor breaks, the wire connector will also break. Many people say that the front sensor is fine and the rear is a bad sensor. Both of mine were bad, but the back one was a lot worse. If you want to cheapen it, cheapen it the right way and get the parts you need to get the job done right. Also buy ac delco knock sensors. You can buy super cheap aftermarket parts, but everyone says you should buy good ones because parts don't work or break easily. Just humble yourself and buy the right parts for this repair. Don't forget the manifold gasket. I decided to reuse my old one, but after I removed it, it permanently conformed to the shape the head was in. I'm cheap but in this case spend $150 to get all the parts you need and fix it first time. . Note. The wires of this harness are slightly shorter than those of the standard harness. Cut a few inches off the tape holding the two wires together and the problem is solved.
