My special edition alloy wheels that I bought from Tire Rack are made in China. Due to typically poor design, the valve ports in the wheels are not designed for traditional snap-action valves (at high speeds, sustained overload will cause typical snap-action valves to deflect outward, slowly allowing air from their seal to escape). It's so annoying that I have to constantly keep an eye on my car's rear tires. Luckily I found a solution. As a test, I installed these slime metal pinch valves on my front wheels. They don't flow at all. THIS IS THE WAY! Remember that the extra weight is enough to rebalance after the wheels are installed.
