Well I've been using this product for 5 months now and I like it more than any other tool I use for soft tissue work. I have lodging products, cheaters, and use kettlebells for body conditioning. This is my absolute favorite tool in a pinch and especially for my shoulders and spine. You can put it in your pocket and it's so easy for many areas of the body.
- SPECIAL NEEDS - If you have physical limitations that make it difficult for you to get on the floor or you are in an environment (such as an office) where foam is not appropriate, use Beastie in your chair or against a wall for quick relief.
