Review on PWRCore Brushless Lithium Battery - Ultimate Cordless Performance by Paul Gravely

I bought this drill to replace my B&D cordless drills that are over 15 years old. B&D drills work well, but their 20V nickel-cadmium batteries fail and new batteries are more expensive than drills. I went in search of a replacement. The Skil 12V cordless drill is unbeatable for the price. It is well made, durable and has a non-slip grip. It's significantly smaller, has a 2Ah battery, and a charger that can charge the battery to 25% in five minutes. I was going to buy two drills, but with a bigger battery, a battery level indicator and this charger, I figured I didn't need a second drill and battery. The drill has a 1/2" chuck and two torque ranges. Even at only 12 volts, the drill has enough power to turn screws. My old drill was heavy on the tail and the Skil was heavier on the nose. and overall lighter. It's more convenient to use sand than my old drill. Very happy with this drill.
