I have 6 of these in my garage now and they are excellent. I originally wanted to buy a different mount that would allow the speakers to rotate and tilt. I couldn't decide between this style and this one, so I bought both to try for myself. Given both options, this was the clear winner. It's very strong and holds the speaker securely with a pole that wraps around the center of the speaker. Don't worry about the speaker knocking out of its mount, hitting the concrete floor and breaking. Pan-tilt models hold the speaker either by friction or with thin wires from above or below. If you're putting your speakers somewhere where you can hit them with something, they could be hit by flying objects or where kids are playing, then I would definitely go with ALLICAVER mounts. I would highly recommend them and will be ordering more in the future.
