The sides are not vertical

If you are looking to make a true tart where the sides of the tart are vertical, this is not the pan. The sides are slanted and because of that, I had to be careful with filling it to the top as it ran over very easily. I have tart pans with vertical sides where this is not a problem. I would probably not have bought these if I had realized this.
