Definitely smaller than you might think from looking at the stock photos. Their sizes are pretty accurate in the description so take a good look at them. The internal dimensions of the bag I received are as follows: 13.5 inches wide, 11 inches deep and 7 inches high. Great little bag (22 liters). although to keep food cool or warm from the store or restaurant at home. We also have a large bag (56 liters) for our big Costco rides. Don't take up too much space in the trunk of the car. The only improvement I can think of is the presence of side handles. This bag is large and can get heavy, especially with groceries. Some side handles for maneuvering around the trunk can be useful instead of long shoulder handles. I hope this information helps you make a purchasing decision.
