Didn't keep in touch with the computer

I liked that it was a high capacity SSD. I tried this on two different computers and it wouldn't stay connected. You can save files to a drive, and the next time you try to save something to a drive, it won't connect to your computer. You have to turn it off, let it cool down, and then it might work for an hour.
