I like how it's easy for my clients who have no computer skills or access to one at all times (like me) because they can interact with her through text messages which makes them feel more comfortable when talking about their concerns/questions etc. Sometimes she responds too fast sometimes not enough so i had some issues but nothing major just be patient! It works best if you're in front of your own PC though; even then there are many ways around this problem by having someone else use a remote control device such as Logitech Harmony Mini Remote Control Hub - Model #HMC-RC2MV1A from Amazon / www.amazon.com & connect via wifi using any android phone app e.g., Google Home App.- The ability to talk directly without typing out each word would also help alot since most people don't know what certain words mean especially medical terms unless taught first hand.
