Collar for Dogs in Collars, Harnesses & Leashes

My Yorkie has a neck of only 7 inches, I bought them for decoration not for walking. It's so cute and fits her freely but not too loosely. Not a real cat collar as it doesn't come off, but definitely a great little dog.
