The best part of using cloddo as our remote support tool for developers was its ability scale, even when we were growing at an exponential rate. Our teams never felt like they had limited bandwidth or connectivity issues in any way shape or form with this service which really helped us get things done! I would not say there are many downsides but maybe you can ask about how well it integrates into other cloud services? Maybe AWS Connector integration could be improved so users don't have too much setup required (but still doable), also having native mobile app option would make life easier if more people used apps rather than always going through web browser. We use Clouddo primarily for code reviews. Using it has saved me from hours spent managing email threads between clients/teammates who often work remotely without easy access to eachothers' inboxes, being able solve problems faster together while collaborating online.
