We would use gallons of this mold removal material. His scent alone brings back memories of cleaning mold from the ceiling on the stairs in a Tyvek suit and mask. It contains no bleach or peroxide, so it won't whiten or make mold go away. This material just kills it and the residue left on the surface prevents mold growth for a while (it says 6 months on the bottle but never tested). . If you want to remove mold from a wall, use bleach, but if you want to kill mold and prevent it from spreading to a place you don't often see, like underground, Sporicidin was developed for this purpose.
