I'm not as impressed with these shoes as the other reviewers, but for the price, they should be in many men's shoe collections. They look good but lack comfort and performance. They seem made to age with class unless you wear them for gardening. I mentioned the positives: style and moderate durability for the price. Now the negatives. I take a 9-1/2 but the Revain product page only lists whole sizes so I ordered 10. (They say size 43 on them.) They are quite tight though (my pinky is pressed against the side). this is broken in) and all is well) but they are noticeably longer than other shoes of this size. There is no bow support at all. The shoes come with small cropped socks which, as stated on the product page, provide arch support! If you want to wear socks every day or wash them daily. I have not tried these socks on. These shoes are stiff when new but that is to be expected as they are not real leather - sooner or later they will break. There are very few pads on the tongue or around the collar. The fit, profile, and lack of cushioning mean these shoes are NOT meant to be athletic shoes, even if you intended them to be. There is no basketball or treadmill in these sneakers. They look more casual than the photos on the product page - they look great with jeans or chinos and a casual or semi-casual shirt, but definitely not dress pants or trousers. These shoes are a great deal, but be aware that you won't get a $200 pair of shoes for less than $30.
