When first used, they make a functional and qualitatively good impression.
I've only used these tools a couple of times but they seem to be of decent quality. Scissors could be sharper but they work. Rust is my biggest concern and I'm not a stainless steel expert. I'll try to update my review in a few months. Rust on tools seems to be a much bigger problem today than it was a few years ago. I try to dry them thoroughly after each use.
